Licence parameters
A dataset licence is defined by its intended use, selected records and agreed deliverables.
Intended use
Training, adaptation and evaluation of medical AI models. The contract defines permitted activities, users, affiliates and any rights concerning resulting models.
Data & formats
Dataset composition, coverage, available annotations and formats are reviewed under NDA. The specification and supporting documentation are agreed for the selected project.
Qualification
Inclusion criteria, annotation conventions, technical checks and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing. A paid pilot can establish suitability before a larger licence is considered.
Rights & confidentiality
Licences are proposed on a non-exclusive basis. Provenance and supporting rights documentation are reviewed under NDA. A confidentiality agreement alone does not grant data access or model-training rights.
Delivery is scoped individually.
Cohort size, preparation work, licence duration and commercial terms depend on the written brief.
